Business Engineering is a three-year English language bachelor programme, which integrates technological courses with business courses into one study programme. Consequently, when studying Business Engineering you will be home at two markets, namely the technology and business knowledge.
Our current society is characterized by rapidly increasing technological developments and enhancements on the one hand, and on the other hand, we face corresponding economic and societal issues. Society craves for specialists who master both worlds and who can merge these two worlds into one cohesive and efficient economy.
The bachelor programme Business Engineering prepares you to tackle all challenges that come along with the rapidly changing world we currently live in. How? During this study programme, you will acquire skills and expertise on the forefront of science, engineering and business, by zooming into fields such as project management, computer science and informatics.
After finishing this bachelor programme, you will be trained to be the pioneer with the creative mind who is able to come up with innovations society is looking for!
In the first year of your bachelor study, you have compulsory courses like fundamentals of engineering, statistics, software skills, linear algebra and many more. From your second year onwards, you have more freedom to choose courses you like, such as chemical engineering, artificial intelligence and biotechnology. In addition, in your third year you will engage in a thesis research project, which marks the end of your bachelor study.
