• Global Ethnography

The new Global Ethnography specialisation will combine the former specialisations Anthropology of a Sustainable World and Anthropology of Media and Visual Culture to better suit the needs of advanced students and requirements of the professional field, providing students with their own research networks and excellent social scientific skills.

The Global Ethnography specialisation offers students the unique opportunity to train themselves in the precise methodology and comparative approach of ethnography and carry out independent ethnographic research abroad. In their own ethnographic projects students focus on Media & Material Culture, Global Economy, or Environment & Development.

• Sociology of Policy in Practice
