The Master in Game Technology is an international study programme with lecturers from across academic and commercial communities. The course focuses specifically on the technical side of the profession of game developer.
On a week to week basis, The programme is delivered by means of lectures, literature, case studies / assignments provided via the electronic learning environment, and presentation / discussion of this on transfers in seminars. Courses are concluded by an examination or assignment in which the student demonstrates his or her mastery of a specific theoretical part.
The programme is structured in four terms, each consisting of 10 weeks. The first three terms consist of courses, the fourth and final term is the term during which students write their thesis. Each term is divided into seven lecture weeks, two examination and finalization weeks, and a resit examination week.
The NHTV does not have its own student dorm, but is supported by several housing associations.
To better your chances at getting a room it is a good idea to register before July 1st.
