We need modern business processes in order to develop, sell, produce, purchase and maintain them, and to use and recycle them safely and efficiently. The way these business processes are organized and managed is crucial. And this is precisely the area on which te master's programme in Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) concentrates.

The master's programme focuses on the development and management of processes within or between companies. You will acquire up-to-date knowledge of scientific theories, allowing you to analyze and optimize processes in organizations and apply your findings. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the relation between process development, process control and the relevant achievement indicators.
